Grinding

Batching
In development for a number of years, the system has been perfected to meet the exacting standards of HACCP certification. The contamination matrix by product or type ensures good quality product, without residue from previous batches. An option further ensures that your lots comply with medication withdrawal periods.

Pelleting
The pelleting system controls and optimizes pellets, added fat, and equipment such as Boa compactors or expanders. Equipped with a Matiss^® Durability Tester, your pelletmill will automatically optimize itself in response to durability test results.

Loadout
Loading errors are over and done with. The operator simply selects the lot to load and the system opens the required bin—and that bin only. Product loading is handled by the system.

Supervising
